Rectifiers and Inverters - Integrated Solutions
SOCOMEC SICON UPS , with many years of experience in the power sector, are officially presenting two new product ranges, called “ SHARYS “ for DC systems and “ PHASYS “ for AC systems, intended for applications in the telecom and internet worlds.

d.c. power systems in the 7.5 to 3000A range
The SHARYS Rectifier range products, employing switch-mode technology and controlled entirely by microprocessor, cover the power ranges of 400W (7.5A), 800W (15A), 1600W (30A) and 2700W (50A) and are suitable for integration in power systems or “Micro” and “Mini” systems in 19” rack format ranging from 7.5 — 600A and up to 3000A (with 100A rectifier).
The rectifier modules and systems can be monitored via the Sharys Plus central unit. |
Inverters and a.c. power systems from 1.5 to 18kVA
The PHASYS Inverter range covers the power ranges of 1500VA, 3000VA, and 4500VA in Stand-alone configuration or in parallel on board Power Systems with ranges from 1500VA to 18000VA, monitored through a Phasys Star central unit.
A peculiarity shared by the inverters in the PHASYS range is that they are equipped with a static by-pass inside, as a standard. In the parallel configuration, the static by-passes of all the individual modules are synchronized and controlled by the controller unit, thus constituting the system static by-pass. |
The new SHARYS and PHASYS line, thanks to the use of SMD technology, the ability to communicate using the Jbus protocol and other important innovations, has a high power density index, grants maximum modularity and expandability, guarantees low consumption levels, and is easy to monitor via the intranet/internet. In addition, thanks to plug-in connections and hot-swappable modules and controller, installation/maintenance times and costs are greatly reduced.
Where required, integration of the two systems is possible, thus offering mixed rectifier/inverter solutions.
There is a wide range of optionals available, such as for example, pre-setting for the DC or AC distribution systems, battery LVD, and load PLD to safeguard priority users, etc.
We have set up a special production division, supported by a dedicated design office, with the objective of rapidly satisfying all requests for personal or highly customised solutions.
