We take it very personally indeed!

When you ring any of our offices during business hours, you will be connected to one of the people that will take it very personally.

What we mean is that who ever takes your call will make sure that it is seen through till your system is running, your hardware and data are properly, reliably protected.

Even after hours your call will be taken by paging service and you will be contacted within 15 minutes of placing a call.

You will talk to the experienced person (even the one you ask for if you have already dealt with us) that knows the UPS (even your site if you are existing customer) and how to assist you.

At no stage you will be asked to repeat your problem and you will be talking to the same person till the resolution of it.

As our existing customers would know, whatever are your requirements, service/repair, new equipment or simply advice the person you know will deal with it and provide solution to your needs.
