e-SERVICE
En Also available is the e-SERVICE program, which enables the system to send e-mails autonomously to the local Service Centre to report any operating faults in real time. In this way, the local Service Centre will be able to react in the most appropriate way to resolve the problem, with notable advantages in terms of speed and efficiency of the service.
Depending on customer requirements, this service can be used to configure a "preventative maintenance" true and proper: automatic control and advanced diagnostics of the various environmental and operating parameters can for example enable the Service Centre to carry out "hot swap" replacement of malfunctioning units, before the client has even had time to realize that there is a malfunction! |
