IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS & SUPPLIERS
We are pleased to announce that Riello of Italy have acquired a majority shareholding in Marm UPS effective from 1 December, 2011.
Riello have been the prime supplier of UPS hardware to Marm UPS for the last eight years and both companies have enjoyed a close working relationship to further enhance the products and services that Marm UPS have been able to offer in the Australian market.
This investment provides an Australian outlet in the continuing world growth strategy for Riello whilst giving Marm UPS customers the benefit of dealing directly with the manufacturer.
The primary focus for Marm UPS has been to provide exceptional service to our customers and this commitment will not change. With the backing of Riello we plan to expand our operations to provide a broader level of service.
Importantly to our customers and suppliers, the present management and staff of Marm UPS will not change. However we do expect to have a name change in the new year to reflect Riello’s involvement.
Marm UPS Maintenance customers can be assured that we remain capable and committed to servicing existing single or multiple UPS systems from various vendors.
